Seasons of Life by Audrey Cofield

Curved Corner

Beyond the Sky

Traveling down labyrinthine paths
To find the grace of God,
We search in hope of worldly peace
While on this earth we plod.

We separate, diverge and pray
      For answers yet unknown,
Join in denominations
      Or ponder it alone.

We try to solve adversity,
      We breathe a daily prayer,
For strength to bear our burdens
      And wipe away our care.

To stand beneath the twinkling stars,
Or watch soft clouds waft by,
Reveals the answer to it all
      Lies far beyond the sky.
